KUNDALINI ACTIVATION PROCESS
KAP stands for Kundalini Activation Process. It is a profound and transformative practice involving the direct transmission of life force energy, awakening the Kundalini energy within your body. Unlike other practices that require effort, such as Kundalini Yoga or Qi Gong, KAP is an effortless process of surrender, allowing the energy to flow naturally through you.
During a KAP session, you will lie down with your eyes closed while music plays to help you relax. As the facilitator, I will gently guide the transmission of energy by connecting with various points on your body. You may experience sensations like energetic pulsations, involuntary movements, emotional release, visual experiences, and a bliss state of calm and peace.

In-person vs.Online Kap Sessions
KAP sessions can be experienced both in-person and online. While some people find in-person sessions more intense due to the group energy, others prefer the comfort of their home for online sessions. The effectiveness is generally similar, though beginners might need a few more sessions to activate online compared to in-person.
